What is Metalonzia

Metalonzia, a metal music world is a free game created by Jose Castro (JCR Casjor). The game is made in Godot 4.2. Metalonzia is a card game with an RPG part and simple exploration.

What is about?

Metalonzia is a game for metalheads and people who likes metal music.

The Metalonzia game is based on your character being a metalhead. In the world of Metalonzia the metalhead is a magician who uses the magic of his knowledge of metal music to perform different tasks and games. At the same time, you can explore different maps and look for different objects that will allow you to go to other Metalonzia maps and get more cards for your deck.

Technical stuff and other info

The game will get bigger with successive updates. It will have more cards, more RPG stories... I'm making the game by myself, it's a lot of work, if you want to collaborate freely, get in touch with me.

The game is currently only available for Windows, compatible with all Windows PC systems. Metalonzia is in English and Spanish languages. In the next update Portuguese, French, German, Russian and Finnish will be added.

You can download it for free from Metalonzia's Google Drive.

Actual version: 0.1 with 1968 cards and 194 bands.

More info:

I have a simple 2gb graphics card and it works ok, so it will probably work on all PCs that are not excessively old.
I will port it for Linux and Mac soon. If anyone wants to try it and let me know if it works ok, please contact me at metalonzia@gmail.com or by commenting here. I don't have these operating systems, and I don't feel like installing a virtual machine to test them. But, if no one helps me, maybe I will do it in the end...
If you want to ask me for bands to add, please contact me. If you want to help me and collaborate with the project, you can do so by sending me an email with what you think.
